What are PP Points?
PP points are earned by participating in raffles and represent your engagement level within the PollyPrize platform. They are tracked directly by the smart contract for your connected wallet address. How to Earn PP
- Buying Tickets: The primary way to earn PP is by acquiring raffle tickets. When you buy tickets using ETH or an Accepted Token, or even when you claim Free Entry tickets, you earn PP.
- Calculation: PP is typically awarded based on the total number of tickets you receive in a single purchase transaction, including any Batch Bonuses or VIP Bonuses.
- Example: If the base PP rate is 10 PP per ticket, and you buy 100 base tickets, receive 10 batch bonus tickets, and 5 VIP bonus tickets (total 115 tickets), you would earn
115 * 10 = 1150 PPfor that purchase.
- Example: If the base PP rate is 10 PP per ticket, and you buy 100 base tickets, receive 10 batch bonus tickets, and 5 VIP bonus tickets (total 115 tickets), you would earn
- PP Rate: There’s a global default PP rate (e.g., 10 PP per ticket), but individual raffles might have a boosted setting, allowing them to offer more PP per ticket. Check the raffle details!
- Direct Grants: Occasionally, the PollyPrize team might grant PP directly to users for special events, promotions, community participation or rewards via the
giveXPadmin function on-chain (this will appear in your balance).
VIP PP Multiplier
VIP Tiers get an additional PP boost! If you have a VIP status, you’ll earn a percentage bonus on top of the base PP earned from tickets. Learn more about VIP Tiers & Benefits.
How to Use PP
- PP-Priced Raffles: Some raffles allow you to purchase tickets directly using your accumulated PP balance instead of tokens or ETH. Look for raffles with a “Ticket Price (in PP points)”.
- VIP Status Qualification: Reaching certain total PP earned milestones is often a primary way to qualify for higher VIP Tiers, unlocking more benefits.
- Revenue Sharing: Part of the revenue generated by PollyPrize is directly redistributed to users based on their PP level and weekly activity.
