VIP Benefits
The primary benefits of achieving VIP status usually include:- Bonus Tickets: Receive extra raffle tickets automatically whenever you make a purchase (using ETH, Accepted Token, or PP). The bonus is typically a percentage of the base number of tickets purchased in that transaction. This stacks with any Batch Bonuses!
- Example: A Gold VIP with a 10% ticket bonus buys 100 base tickets. They get +10 tickets from their VIP status. If they also qualified for a 5% batch bonus (5 tickets), they’d receive 100 + 10 + 5 = 115 tickets total.
- Bonus PP: Earn PP at an accelerated rate! VIPs get a percentage bonus applied to the base PP they earn from receiving tickets.
- Example: Base rate is 10 PP/ticket. A Silver VIP with a 20% PP bonus receives 115 total tickets (including bonuses). Base PP earned = 115 * 10 = 1150 PP. VIP Bonus PP = 1150 * 20% = 230 PP. Total PP gained = 1150 + 230 = 1380 PP.
- Exclusive Access: Some raffles might be gated to only allow specific VIP tiers (e.g., “Gold+ Raffles”).
The exact percentage bonuses for tickets and PP vary depending on the VIP tier. Check the specific tier details within the PollyPrize dApp. Raffles can occasionally override or disable global VIP multipliers for specific events.

Achieving VIP status often happens automatically once you meet the requirements!1
Meet the Criteria
Keep participating in raffles! Eligibility is usually based on:
- Total PP Earned: Reaching specific PP milestones (e.g., 10,000 PP for Bronze, 50,000 PP for Silver, etc.). Your progress is tracked automatically.
- Special Allowlist/Snapshot: Sometimes, eligibility is granted based on holding certain assets (like specific NFTs on L1) or participating in specific events. These lists are determined beforehand by the Polly team or partners.

Automatic Eligibility Notification
When the PollyPrize dApp detects that you’ve met the criteria for a new (or higher) VIP tier, you will see a notification inviting you to claim your status.

Click to Claim
Simply click the “Claim VIP Status” button within the notification or in your profile section.

Confirm Transaction
Your wallet will ask you to confirm a small transaction. This transaction officially records your new VIP status on the blockchain. You only need to pay the standard network gas fee (in ETH).

Status Activated!
Once the transaction confirms, your VIP status is active!
