Ready to jump into PollyPrize? Here’s how to get set up:

1. Get a Compatible Wallet

PollyPrize runs on the Abstract blockchain. You’ll need a wallet compatible with Abstract and EVM chains. We recommend:
  • Abstract Global Wallet: The native wallet for the Abstract ecosystem. Head to abs.xyz to log in or create your wallet.
  • MetaMask: A popular browser extension wallet.
  • Other wallets supported by WalletConnect.
If you’re new, we strongly recommend using the Abstract Global Wallet, which is designed for smooth onboarding. It is also the only way to gain Abstract XP on your Abstract account when exploring the ecosystem!

2. Connect Your Wallet

Visit the PollyPrize App and click the “Connect Wallet” button, in the top right corner. Select your preferred wallet and approve the connection request in the wallet pop-up.Connect Wallet Button Location

3. Fund Your Wallet

To enter raffles and cover network transaction fees (gas), you’ll need funds on the Abstract network:
  • Gas Fees: You need Abstract’s native token (ETH) to pay for transaction costs.
  • Raffle Entries: Depending on the raffle, you might need ETH (which is automatically wrapped), $POLLY, $USDC, or another specific ERC20 token. Check the raffle details for the required payment token.
How to Get Funds:
  • Abstract Global Wallet portal: Click the “fund” button next to your balance on the profile page.
  • Other wallets: Bridge ETH or other tokens from Ethereum Mainnet or other supported chains using Relay.

4. Browse and Enter!

You’re all set! Head over to the Raffle List page, find a raffle that interests you, check the entry requirements, and enter for your chance to win!Learn more about Entering Raffles.
